<p>I’m applying for Pitt, and in the personal essay directions it gives you many choices of essay topics. I am choosing to write the essay on my experiences and participation in school organizations. It then says that you can right an addendum to your essay about things such as “having english as your second language; being the first generation in the family going to college; coming from a single parent home; home schooled;
an early graduate (graduating from high school in three years) or early applicant (i.e., planning to skip the
senior year of high school).”
I was going to say something about how I am the first person in my family going to college, but I am not sure how to add that to my essay. Could someone please help me format that? Thank you!!</p>
