How to get a really high score on the ACT?

<p>I am a Junior in High School, and I have taken the ACT four times. I have received a 20, 21, 24, and another 24 respectively. I only started to study for the last ACT I took, but I still got a 24. I really want I high score so I can get into better colleges, and receive more scholarships.
I have been using the Kaplan ACT book, and Grockit.com, but that is all. What types of things can I do to raise my score?</p>

<p>If it helps any my highest score in the Reading portion, but I have not been able to even read the last passage. My lowest score right now is the science portion, but it is usually the English portion.</p>

<p>Any help that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.</p>
