Hey everyone, thanks for taking your time to read this.

I’m no genius - I have a 3.6 GPA, just took my Sat (Think I did ok), and am interested in getting to a mid tier school like Boston University or George Washington University.

Collegeboard states that the schools have an average Sat score around an 1800 - 2000.

I was just wondering, what is approximately the amount of questions you need to get right to get a 600 on each section, specifically math if anyone could let me know.

Like would a 38/54 equate to a 600 on math?

The score would depend a lot on the curve, and how many you got wrong/omitted. If you got no questions wrong, got 38 right, and omitted 16, you could get a 600, but that depends on the curve. If you get some wrong it’ll decrease that score, so chances are that it’s close, but not quite there yet. I’d say that around 42/54 is enough to get a 600.
