How to get HR job at the Big Four?

<p>I’m noticed a lot of non HR majors get jobs as HR recruiters at the Big Four ex Economics major. A lot say apply on company website, but I can’t find any HR recruiter positions.</p>

<p>I want to ask the HR recruiters, but they can only answer my questions on accounting careers.</p>

<p>The easiest way is to join the B4 in a client service role, work for a few years doing that, and then transition into an HR role. </p>

<p>The B4 like for you to have client experience, so that you have first-hand knowledge of what you are selling to recruits.</p>
