How to get money in the mail.

<p>So I got a random question here. </p>

<p>I do not have a banking account and a friend of mine is sending me some money and he lives in IL and I was wondering what is the best way to go in this situation. I know sending cash through the money is a no no so is there anyway that he can send me something other than cash and I can cash it somewhere without a banking account?</p>
