I am wording how do I start the semester and what to do through out the semester in order to get a glowing letter of recommendation?
Be a glowing, shining star of a student. Be engaging. Be thoughtful. Be respectful. Don’t try to call attention to yourself obnoxiously. Just be a standout student, in a good way.

Many students ask junior year teachers for recommendation so they will be done early in the year. Of course that is your call.
