How to handle scary mammogram results

<p>I am going to put in a plug for digital mammography read by dedicated breast radiologists. If you live anywhere near somewhere to get this service please have your mammos done there. I live in a fairly large city but had my mammos done at the clinic where I see my FP for convenience. The year my cancer was found, they called to see if I wanted to go to their new imaging center. My mammo was abnormal, had an ultrasound that day and biopsy in two days. In my learning process, I discovered they probably missed my cancer the year before because of the quality of the films.
