I have taken the ACT 4 times now and the highest score that I have gotten is a 23 but I really want to go to an Ivy league or get a high enough score of a 30. What do I do ? I have a GPA of 3.98, 3rd in my class, high honor roll, national honor society member and have done a ton of volunteer and clubs but my main problem is my ACT score. Also I have been recently told about test-optional schools and was wondering if that would be a better answer for me. Anything helps ! Thank you 
Have you taken the SAT, if not then try it. Some do better in the ACT and others do better in SAT. For IVY leagues you need at least 34+. The best book available is the real ACT book. Study and Practice the questions that you got wrong. Best of Luck!
