How to improve college applications as a Second-Semester Junior?

Hello, I’m currently a second-semester junior and I was wondering about what I could do this semester to maximize my chances at prestigious colleges such as Ivy League, MIT, and Stanford. I know my chances are low, but seeing that I have less than a year before I find out my EA decisions, I restless.
I’m a white male from a private, religious high school in Arizona. After this year, I will exhaust my school’s math and science curricula, so I’m applying to several online options to continue my learning next year.
Here are my stats:
4.0 UW GPA, 4.50 W GPA, 800 on Math II, 800 on Chemistry subject tests. My parents are pushing me to take the Physics subject test because they believe that somehow will improve my chances. Should I? Or is it just not worth it? I’ve taken the SAT once and got a 1530 in November (many thanks to the brutal curves, Collegeboard). I’m planning on retaking the SAT, but actually preparing this time around. In addition, I’ll take the ACT just so I have both tests to submit.
I took 4 APs as a sophomore: Calc BC, Physics 1, Chemistry, and APUSH. I got a 5 on BC (with a 5 on the AB subscore), 5 on Chemistry, and APUSH, but a 4 on Physics 1. This year, I’m taking 5 AP classes: Physics C (both mechanics and E&M), Gov & Macroeconomics (considered as one class), English Language, Statistics, and Spanish Language. In addition, I’m taking an online Multivariable Calculus class that counts as a 5.0 GPA. In total, this puts my first semester Junior year GPA at around 4.86 when taken into account with a couple regular fine arts.
In terms of extracurriculars, I’m very passionate about math and chemistry. I’m the president of my school’s math club that always performs at the top 3 state-wide level. I also intensely study for the AMCs & AIME, although due to illness I did not qualify for AIME last year. I founded my school’s Chemistry club, which tutors struggling students specifically in chemistry. I have qualified to USNCO, which makes me about top 1000 in chemistry in the country, but am not at the top 150 level. Furthermore, I’ve participated in USAMTS, attaining a Bronze status last year. This year I performed better due to a significant gain in knowledge and anticipate a much higher score than before.
For this year, I’m studying for F=ma and hoping that I qualify to USAPhO (I would greatly appreciate advice on how to prepare for this beyond just past tests), USNCO (in hopes of attaining Honors), and AIME. Hopefully I succeed, but I don’t want to jinx myself just yet.
Finally, I have an internship that I’m really excited about at a start-up company that specializes in laser technologies. I’m a lab assistant who also does math with the Chief Electronics Officer and some graduate students. It’s certainly a lot of hard work, but it’s by far the most interesting activity I participate in on a weekly basis.

My question is how I can improve my application to colleges in this final semester as a Junior. Are there any specific activities that I should consider participating in? Out of my extracurriculars, is there anything I should change? I enjoy everything I do, but I wonder if there are more things beyond the classroom that I can do. Thank you.

I’m a non-techie with a humanities-focused kid, so please take my advice with a grain of salt. Your resume sounds pretty impressive to me already, I am not sure a Physics SAT II would add much to it. One thing I thought missing was community involvement outside of school. Maybe talking to a local library about setting up a class for little kids with fun experiments to get them interested in chemistry? Again, not exactly necessary, just a different community service aspect in addition to peer tutoring that you might enjoy. If you decide to do it, you could take it a step further, for example, film yourself doing these experiments and having kids help you, and then offer local elementary schools to show your clips during science lessons. Read “How to be a high school superstar”, lots of good ideas there
