I can’t seem to get higher than 680 on critical reading. It’s the only section where there is no change in my score, for better or worse. How do I improve my score and get in the 700’s?

Seems like you have reached a score plateau. There are several ways to cross such situation :-

 1. Vocabulary - Improve it
 2. Experiment with the way that you attempt the section. This is essential. Maybe your current method cannot work better with you than it already does, so try something new. Some people even attempt the test backwards :stuck_out_tongue:
 3. Revise your previously attempted sections. I know that feeling well when we have finished the SAT and are tired so we do not check why we had made the mistake. Then the next day we go : oh no, I don’t want to have to read this section again, lets just do something else. YOU MUST REVISE YOUR SECTIONS. I do not care if you have to do the entire paper twice but revise it!
