How to improve math when not studying math?

I’m a prospective international applicant (with US citizenship) from the UK - in the equivalent of Junior year?? As a result I don’t study any maths/science based subjects, because here you have to specialise a lot earlier.
I took the SAT in June and got 2080 - 800 CR, 680 W, and 600 M. I’m a bit “disappointed” with writing because I was consistently hitting 730+ in practices. But with math I literally have very little clue on how to improve. I was always quite good at math “naturally” when I did it at school, and looking over the content there isn’t anything I’ve never encountered before, but I guess it’s just a fallen out of habit thing?
Basically - what books or techniques would you recommend that helped you? I would like to improve my math score to around 700 - do you think this is realistic? I will probably take it in October.

To do well on the SAT you need to prepare specifically for the SAT. Since you have a 600 in SAT math your main focus should be on Level 4 and 5 math problems. Going from a 600 to a 700 is very realistic, especially if you haven’r had any SAT prep yet.
