How to improve these Scores?! Please Help

Okay, so I did 2 practice tests for the SAT, and two practice tests for the SAT.

Practice test 1, SAT- 1700
Practice test 2, SAT- 1800
Practice test 1, ACT- 24
Practice test 2, ACT- 26

Actual SAT- 1890
CR- 550
Math- 670
Writing- 670, 11 Essay

Actual ACT- 28
English- 33, 11 Essay
Math- 27
Reading- 24
Science- 26

So as you can see, the ACT and SAT scores are pretty much the same, hovering around the 90 percentile. But, you see, I’ve never been that low on anything. I hate not being at the top. I don’t even plan on going to a school that requires an SAT/ACT score, I just want to beat it. If someone put in very little prep, gained 4 points, is it possible to gain another 4 points? So essentially I would like to get a 31/32 on the ACT or a 2100 SAT. As you can see, it’s my reading that is holding me back. Based on the subscores, which test would be easier to isolate the bad subscores and improve upon them? Overall, I feel that the ACT English was the best scores, while the essays on both test were 99+ percentile. Any tips on writing section of SAT or science on ACT? I have improved my ACT reading 8 points since my first practice test.

The problem is that you have only done 2 practice test on each. The real test became your third practice test. You can tell you’ve improved since the first practice test, why don’t you simply practice more? Make sure you go through the answers thoroughly too. When you see you’ve reached a plateau, then you have done enough practice tests.
