So I recently started a fundraiser to help out a new local non-profit along with a friend. They assist families who can no longer afford to care for their pets by donating food, toys and supplies. Someone who I’ve never met before came in and donated almost a quarter of our several-thousand dollar goal. I literally cried. It completely changed my perspective on a lot of things. It was one of those moments in life where it just made me want to do and help more.

I can’t write the current essay I’m working on about it. I suppose I have the EC section, but it’s going to be really difficult to cram the entirety of its significance to me into a sentence or two.

Any ideas?
