How to Increase My ACT Score (by Sept.12)?

Hi Guys,

So I took the SAT March 2015 and got a 31 composite score.

I really want to get a 36 the next time I take it (Sept. 2015). Any tips on how to study to achieve this perfect score?

I scored relatively lower in science and reading last time (don’t know if this is because they were the last sections?)…
