How to learn deriving and integrating fast?

<p>i know enough calculus to get a 5, but from practicing all i’ve been doing is using my calculator to integrate and derive, so i’m pretty screwed for that</p>

<p>does anyone know where i can learn how to derive and integrate the fastest (fyi i’m self studying)</p>
