<p>How do we mail in extra materials?</p>
<p>All I can find is the address. Are we supposed to include our full name, date of birth, EID, things like that on a cover page?</p>

<p>Does anybody know if you need to go to the App Roundup personally (ie, do they check id’s?) or is it possible for someone else to drop off your materials?</p>
