I just completed Junior year. Got 1850 in March, 1980 May, and now I will be taking it one last time in October for 2200+. Currently scoring about 700-740 M, 700 - 760 W, and 700 - 750 CR.

This is my absolute last chance, and I’m currently in the high 2100’s. How can I make sure that I don’t somehow freak out and mess up the entire test due to nervousness and stuff (you guys know what I mean)? This will be my 3rd attempt and I would be devastated if I scored 2000 or so simply due to anxiety and nervousness. Basically, I want to make sure my scores on the actual SAT are relatively similar to the scores I’ve been getting during practice. Any advice on how to maintain composure, and be cool, calm, and collected?

You should obviously get a lot of sleep. But also, just don’t freak out a ton about the test. Realize that you want to do the best you can on the test, but dont get so nervous that when you see a question you dont know the answer to, you become so disheartened. If your scores are consistently better in practice tests, the you will most likely do better on the real thing next time. That being said, however, honestly, you should know by now that your scores can fluctuate - sometimes a lot. Your score could go down a bit than the ones you are getting on practice tests or it could go up. So just focus on cautiously taking the real test and then hope for the best.

If you have been progressing on the SAT then you should continue to do well. Just tell yourself that you know how to answer all the questions because you have been practicing and working hard.

Keep in mind also the superscoring technique- many schools allow you to post your top writing, CR, and math scores, regardless of whether you took them all in one sitting. This may make your total ‘superscored’ score on the SAT be higher than any one comprehensive score from one sitting.
