How to order TIR for Dec. test with credit card?

<p>Hi,
I just took the ACT test and want to order a TIR.
I checked online and it says I have to mail them the document with a check of 19 dollars.
However, I live in Asia, and I’m not really sure how to mail it to them. Also, it is both slow and expensive.</p>

<p>Is there any way to order the test online?</p>
