How to outstand in common majors?

<p>…what are the behaviours one should adopt, as an individual, in order to really outstand during college/university life, at class, etc.?</p>

<p>(P.S. I’m starting my undergrad studies this year in economics and I’m really scared that I’m gonna feel like an ant in an ant nest)</p>
