Need money for college and i dont have the money out of pocket to pay and my financial aid wont go through.
How much money do you need and what year are you?
Loans are an option - there are federal and private loans but many require a cosigner.

I’ve read your other post in this section, and here’s the hard truth: the odds of you responsibly managing to get the money you need are slim at this point. I won’t say impossible, but don’t hold your breath.
You need time to mature, and that means taking off from school as some others in your previous thread recommended and getting a job. Save up, then go back to school later. Hopefully when it’s your own money that you earned, you’ll be ready to make college work.
