I first took the plan in the tenth grade. I did horrible on all the sections except math;my overall score was a 23. Since then, I practice a lot. I’m a junior now and I want to take the test in February. When I took Mcgraw hill’s practice tests, I scored in the low 30’s. But when I took Kaplan and Barron’s practice tests I scored in the mid 20’s. Which scores should I trust? How should I prepare myself?
Use a real test to practice. http://www.act.org/aap/pdf/Preparing-for-the-ACT.pdf. That will give you the best measure. As for preparation, a lot of the same SAT advice applies.
