My daughter has two teacher letters of recommendation (LOR). Some schools require both and both are sent. However, for those schools who only require one LOR, how do we prioritize which LOR is the one that is sent? Are we able to do that? One teacher knows her better than the other and we’d like to send that one in the instances where only one LOR is required. TIA!
If you just use the Common App (without connection to a secondary program like Naviance) the student chooses which letter to send for each school under the recommendations tab. If there is interaction with a secondary program, I’ve heard some people say it can be tricky to choose the letter you want sent, but I am not familiar with that.
