Same situation here. my goal is to get 32+. Take as many practice tests as you can!!! You know how i KNOW practice tests work? I took my first summer practice test and got the SAME exact score i got on the real test. However, this only works if you take practice tests which have a good reputation. If you have $$ to “invest in your education”, buy the red book which is made by the test makers. Skip the intro and jump into the practice tests. Save red book practice tests for last though. If you have $20 to spare, buy the online tutorial for their 2 practice tests.

some advice I would give you is to take a practice test, then sit down with someone like a friend who is really good at the ACT and go through every single question and they will tell you what you did wrong. This really helped me and hopefully it helps you out.

when i first took the act, I got a 26. I then proceeded to take A FUDGE LOAD of practice tests from mcgraw hills 10 practice tests, kaplan’s big blue thing (i don’t have it anymore…), the real act, 2 online tests found somewhere on cc. barrons 36 is, hands down, the most helpful book I have ever run into (especially for english). anyways, I took all those tests, looking over my answers, and wound up getting a 34, and later a 35. meh, hope this helps
