I appreciate your optimism.
But SAT or not, the likelihood of you getting into any school you might pick is slim to none.
If you submit, your score is too low. If you don’t submit, why didn’t you ? The assumption is that it’s low.
Personally I’d submit.
But I’m guessing the answer will be the same regardless.
If you go to school in the U.S., it will be a Minot or Lander or Texas A&M international.
