How to report and explain a Fail in my transcript? (CC transfer)

<p>I am going to transfer to UCSD. However, I have an F which is my major requirement… I know it is a no-no and I need to report to UCSD about this result. I have called the admission office (858-534-4831) and followed the voice instruction from the call. But the staff even dropped my call…</p>

<p>Can anyone help me that how I should call UCSD? Or is the phone number I am calling correct?</p>

<p>BTW, my CC friends who have applied the same major did not state that they will EVEN enroll this class and they still got admitted. It seems that I might have a chance to be accepted…</p>

<p>you need to either call again or email admissions and explain to them WHY you received a fail in your class. it really has to be legitimate (i.e. family crisis, personal illness, etc) or else it may be fairly difficult to convince them</p>
