How to select "Full Pay" instead of "FINANCIAL AID?

I just saw the word, “FULL PAY”. Which means, the school authority will pay for your every single steps.

But, my question is, how to say them that I want to apply for “FA”?

I saw, they will grant ME “FINANCIAL AID” after seeing my PFS.
BUT, how they will grant me “FA”?

HELP ME PLEASE!

In the US, full pay means your family can pay full tuition. FA means you require Financial Aid.

what? seriously mam?
Then, why everyone is saying that, “FA” was their weakness?

Because schools don’t have enough $ to provide for financial aid, it is much easier to get admitted if your parents can afford to pay the full tuition.

@CaliMax got my answer! Thanks, mam!
