How to send foreign High School transcript to UCB??

<p>I attended High school in my home country. Can anyone tell me how can I submit my high school transcript to UCB by july 15th.</p>

<p>Since I am not going back to my home country.</p>

<p>They required official transcripts, so basically you have to ask your highschool to send the transcripts to CAL directly.</p>

<p>I donot think it has to be directly, as long as it is sealed and a stamp appears on the envelope</p>
