I am currently a senior in high school and planning on attending ASU’s Barrett Honors College.
Are you going to ASU because 1. You’re in state or 2. It’s got a high acceptance rate and you got in?
@philbegas well it was my 2nd choice. I won’t be instate anywhere I go. Also I don’t have low stats, I’m not stupid.
You should maintain a good gpa and college activities. Also, you need to have a specific reason for transferring. What is your reason for wanting to transfer if you haven’t even attended ASU yet? Wanting to go to a more prestigious school won’t suffice.
OP I wasn’t saying you were stupid. There are plenty of people who are intelligent but do poorly in high school for personal reasons. You didn’t really provide much information you know… The reason I asked is that one way to stand out is to significantly improve over your high school GPA if your high school GPA was low (as was in my case). ASU has an 83% acceptance rate or something like that so I was just speculating
