In school, I find myself looking up at the wall and daydreaming.

When I am laying in my bed, I stare at the wall or the blank TV and daydream to 12 midnight, even when I had been on my bed since 9:30 PM.

It’s okay when I daydream in the summer, but daydreaming during the school year is disturbing! I find myself missing important facts/notes or losing too much sleep.

I daydream about all sorts of stuff, most of which is about my future.

I think Plattsburgh was joking.
Just try and force yourself to pay attention. Taking notes, even on random things, usually forces me really listen.

I’m with ashley123. I am trying to do homework, but my mind is preoccupied on other stuff (day dreaming). I don’t have a problem with it at school, but when I am about to or doing my homework it’s a problem. Day dreaming is good, but I don’t want it to interfere with my school work. Are there any other suggestions? =D
