<p>pretty much, but they see your SAT score as a whole, so prep everything and get a big SAT score</p>
<p>You don’t want your writing score to look too different from the critical reading and math. I have been told by admissions people that if it comes down to 2 very similar students they look at the writing to make their decision. They also look at the total score when determining scholarship monies most of the time.</p>
<p>Definitely focus your studying on those two sections, but don’t neglect the writing section- why have two good scores when you can have three? : )</p>
