How should I submit it to the Columbia admissions office? I can’t find a space specifically for this sort of thing. </p>

<p>Hey, this is way late but I had the same thing two weeks ago and just faxed a confirmation of my results from my head, plus e-mailed them an explanation. I called them up beforehand and they just told me to do that…</p>
<p>Your school should have an official results sheet for you. If it’s not ready as yet, tell your school to draft a transcript with your A-Level results and have your warden or principal sign and certify it. Should work.</p>
