<p>How often do you write a thank you card to your recommenders? I wrote my recommenders each one thank you card for all the college recommendations, but I have been writing them one after each scholarship they wrote me a recommendation for. Is this too much?</p>
<p>My daughter also wrote a note to her recommenders (and gave it to them with a small batch of homemade cookies). One teacher worked exceptionally hard (rushing stuff during snow days, etc.) and her efforts were noted by another thank you from daughter, with a token from the University she chose (and received the scholarship for). However, all others received just the one (heart-felt) note of thanks for writing on her behalf. I am sure your appreciation is welcomed.</p>
