How will a perfect teacher recommendation affect my chances?

<p>I got a supplemental recommendation from my favorite teacher of all time (high school), and she checked "one of the top few I've encountered" for every single option except for productive class discussion and concern for others, for both of which she checked "top 5%"</p>

<p>I decided to get a supplemental rec from her given the difficulty of gaining admission for transfer. How much would this help, if at all?</p>
