How will colleges look at my jump in SAT/ACT scores.

If my SAT/ACT scores were to jump dramatically after my third time taking them, how would colleges look at that?
For example:
1600–>2000
25–>31
I would like input to be specifically for schools such as UGA, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, Bowdoin, Carnegie Mellon, Auburn, and HYP and Stanford…just for the heck of it… I probably don’t have a chance at the last four but, hopefully, some it will help someone else with the same question.

Stop worrying about how colleges will perceive an increase and focus on actually increasing your score. As if you are unsure how colleges might look at it and you will actually not try to not increase your score too much?
If you think about such things too much, you take your eyes of the ball, which is try to score as higher as you can without disturbing your high school grades and EC’s.
Just fyi: for many of the above mentioned schools a SAT score of 2000 might not be enough. Just work hard, get the best scores and you will end up at a great University, all of the above mentioned schools are great schools and any of them would do just fine. Good Luck!
