How Will My Course-Load Be Viewed By Universities?

P.S. If it helps, I received grades of 98.7-100 in all of my courses in freshman year.

I think universities shall be immensely impressed by your immensely rigorous course load.

How the hell are you taking AP Calculus in your freshman year in high school? Doesn’t your high school require more than one year of math? I feel like I am missing something… I guess you can take AP Statistics assuming your high school offers it but what else? I also don’t understand how your school allowed you to not take any math sophomore year.

Now that my ranting is done, your schedule is fantastic and better than any other schedule I have seen on CC which is saying something.

This sounds like a ■■■■■ post. In the past day, AP Calculus has moved from sophomore year to freshman year – http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/16056498-post1.html

Thank you all for replying!

I appreciate it greatly. Data10, I took the courses in freshman year, but opted not to take the AP exams. Thus, this year, I plan upon taking them. I apologize massively for coming off as a “■■■■■,” it did, indeed, seem like that.

Thank you all once again for your replies!

Best,
Icosahedron

Yes but doesn’t your school require a certain number of years in math? For example my school requires 3 but recommends 4. Also many universities require a certain number of years in math especially top universities which you would be applying to with those classes.

Nah FLVS kids really just do what they want sometimes. Virtual school, you know.
