How will my grades be factored and what is my gpa?

Ok so Im scared, so I attended a British University last year for 1 semester and I did 2 classes. I history class and a science class, and got an F and a D. The two classes were each 3 units.
Well I came back to america and I have worked hard this year, Tapping with UCLA, working, volunteering, and joining an honor society. My major is Egyptian Studies at Berkeley which is under the “Humanities Division.”
My gpa for my UC Transferrable classes at my community college is a 3.5. Then I have those two bad British grades, which IF they are factored it will move my gpa to 3.2. My counselor thinks I will get into UCLA since Im in TAP, but what about Berkeley?
Also, I took 20 units this semester, but had to drop one class. So im receiving a w.
I think I wrote a good personal statement, but what do you think. I dont believe my major is impacted at berkeley.

Isn’t tap null if you get below a C?

You should seriously check if those grades you got at the British school are factored in or not.
