How will these scores affect my admission chances?

I took the ACT three times (all during my sophomore year). I got these scores:
September- 22
February- 28
June- 35

Will the 22 and the 28 affect my admission chances?

Many schools will just look at your highest. I think it shows improvement and dedication, personally.

I plan on applying to
Stanford, mit, and some ivies

Mind telling us how you went from 22 to 35 in a matter of months.

It’ll look good. Shows significant improvement and dedication to academics/education. I would almost say that it looks better than getting a 35 outright.

The first time i took it without prepping at all. I ran out of time on all of the sections and only completed about 1/2 the problems. The second time i took it with a little bit of prep and i took a pre ap english class, writing class, and geometry class. I pulled off a 28. At that point i new all of the content tested on the ACT. So i went out and bought about 20 practice tests! These tests really helped me learn my own strategies and pacing. The science section was the hardest section for me. But, after the 6th test, it just clicked and i completely understood the science section. For me, i had to read everything in the science passage(the intro and each experiment). For the reading, my strategy was to “wide open eye” read. Basically just open your eyes wider while you read so you can read more while moving your eyes less. This helps with reading the passages quickly which was my biggest problem. I learned most of the grammar rules on the english section from a writing class that i took first semester of 10th grade. And for math, I’ve always been a good problem solver.
