How would top colleges look at 2 bad SAT scores and 1 good SAT score?

If I retake the test on October and get a “good score” (Reading and Writing over 700), would my score still look bad to top colleges? (I want to go to Duke University)

Here are some more information of myself, if anyone would want to chance me.

My GPA right now is:
Weighted - 4.6
Unweighted - 3.92

Class Rank (2nd of 11)

SAT Subject Test Scores are:
Chemistry: 790
Math II: 800

Try to get a 2300 or above in your final attempt and apply early decision if at all possible. Good luck!
