I’m not from the US but got relative applied for boarding schools. She got offer from Salem academy at NC, gould academy and Kent’s hill at ME. How would you choose among these 3?

If your relative is able to do revisits, then great! If not I would tell her to make a decision on what kind of school she wants. A Small all girls school in a warmer much less snowy old small town feel within a city environment (Salem). A bit larger co-ed school that is an outdoorsy feel, larger campus with a cold and snowy environment (Gould in Mountains or Kent Hills). If these things don’t matter, then look at the things that do to her. Academically, they all seem to do well developing graduates for college. It’s a very personal decision.
