how's spens-black?

is really filled with transfer/ upper division students?

is it really a super wild hall? haha

etc.

Nope.

Super wild? Can't say, it depends too much on your floor.

it's a haunted house: http://www.jimandellen.org/gothic/GrimshawHauntedHouse.jpg

I lived in Spens-Black last semester (Spring 2011). I have to tell you… I really enjoyed it. It's not filled with transfer students, however, I'm sure that there are transfer students that will be living there. My floor was definitely one of the most wild floors in Spens-Black but it's nothing too crazy. RA's usually put their foot down.

Perks of living in Unit 3 Spens-Black:
1. You live closest to the cross walk that leads you straight to campus. Also, your a close walk to Telegraph.
2. Since you live in Unit 3, you live super close to the gym!
3. Spens-Black has a good view of the campus. I always liked watching the sunset over the buildings.

Downsides: KIPS! There are so many drunk people at night outside of KIPS. They are annoying..

That's about all I can think of.

Feel free to pick my brain.

In addition to imnewhere's spot on summary, I would say that fire trucks and motorcycles always go up Durant (which is the street half of the rooms face). They are the loudest, most annoying thing ever in the morning.
