I’m totally brainstorming here but…

Me and my friend lately started riding the public bus for fun (weird, I know). We like to just hang out and watch/meet different types of people. I was thinking I could mention various minor incidents/people that we met and how each revealed an aspect of my personality or taught me something.

I don’t know. feedback?

It could work and turn out to be a unique essay. It’s hard to say much without seeing how you carry it off, but keep in mind that rather than focus on several minor incidents, you may want to choose one that reveals the most about you. If you feel the need to cover many incidents, each event may be too insignificant and the essay might come across as a collection of scattered observations. Just a page or two doesn’t give you much space to jump around. Make sure that what you’ve seen has really had an effect on you–if it’s a stretch, don’t write about it.
