<p>I’m an incoming freshman at Northwestern and am interested in HPME. Is it still possible to contact somebody and try applying? I remember discussing a similar situation to this regarding ISP and apparently there are students who’ve gotten into ISP as late as the summer before freshman year. I’m wondering if the same can apply for HPME…</p>
