<p>I have decided not to focus on volunteering but on jobs. So my question is, are all jobs looked upon the same? Is it more of Carls Jr vs Ralphs or vs Clerical/Internship jobs?</p>
<p>last year in the application information it commented that employment would be considered as a positive … it was more elegantly worded than that. basically if employment prevented you from doing ECs but your were able to demonstrate it as a leadership tool , it woudl be good. Implication that leadership at Carls Jr would be as good as whereever --it is what you do with the situation not the situation that is important</p>
