Big picture I agree with Myos that your best bet is schools that meet full need, but they tend to be reaches.

Two cautions:

1. “Meet full need” depends on the college’s definition of “need”.
2. If your other parent is alive, both of your parents much cooperate with financial aid forms and both of their financials will be used for many colleges that give good financial aid. Check carefully on each college’s financial aid web pages whether this is the case.
