HS transcripts [high school in UK]

Was just wondering when we submit our high school transcripts, since I go to a UK school was wondering if I would just submit my public exam (GCSE) scores for my Y10 and Y11 grade since that is the accredited fruit of those 2 yrs of study? If I submit internal mock grades Y10/11 would it be ok if I just submitted the 9-1/A*-G grades since they look better (as grades are curved, so a 75% could be an A*). Obviously I would need to submit mock A-Level results too, but for Y10/11 I would probably prefer to just submit public exam results as they’ll probably be the best set of grades since obviously you study more for public than internal assessment.

For UK schools, only your official GCSE results matter and are considered valid. Then your A level predicted results, including EPQ if you did that, on the GC form (and any AS if you attended a school that still offers AS/A2 such as some UK-system schools abroad still do.)

So I wouldn’t need mock and non public exam GCSE grades for applying to US colleges?

No, unless you have an official transcript that lists them. But most UK schools consider that the only official transcript is GCSE results and they send an official copy of it.
