Huge Dilema

The high school I attend has block scheduling so we have 4 classes a day and our classes change at the end of the semester. This creates a problem for me. I am very involved in my JROTC program and I have been told that I will receive the highest billet available my senior year. However, this requires me to continue taking JROTC both semesters which accounts for 1/4 of all of my classes throughout high school. This makes it extremely difficult to schedule my honors classes, but I have thus-far managed to work things out. This is nearly impossible to do with AP classes because all of the are offered only one period and there is no possible way to schedule me for certain AP classes that I want to take. How should, or should I at all, try to convey this to admissions counselors?

Have your HS GC explain the scheduling conflict.
