Huge Dilemma

Hello, I’m a senior applying to Trinity in the early decision round of admissions. Currently I am taking Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra and all AP’s for science, history and English and computer science. I am also taking chamber orchestra, but I do not enjoy it at all. I have been playing in the orchestra since 4th grade and I love it, but it’s my conductor that makes me want to quit. If I drop orchestra will the admissions counselors look down upon my application or will they not really care since I have a pretty heavy course load and good ec’s. Thank You

I doubt it will matter much. Are you planning on applying as a music major? If so they may want to know why you suddenly quit. But if you are applying for something else it probably won’t make much of a difference.
