I’m taking business economics at ucla and I’m thinking of doing the Human Complex Systems minor, as it would get me all my required units and sounds interesting. Does anyone have any information on the HCS minor and what it’s like or how it helps in the job search?

First off, minors don’t help that much with job searches.

Second, I’m not sure too many people would even know what Human Complex Systems is on a resume.

Third, what exactly is Human Complex Systems???
