Humanities at St. Paul's.

I was wondering if anyone knew about the humanities courses at St. Paul’s. Do they only take up the time of a normal class period or is it double, because it covers two subjects? If it is just a normal class period, do you know of any other schools that do this?

Thanks

The core humanities courses that you are required to take HumIII (third form), Hum IV (fourth form), and Hum V (fifth) all have a slightly different schedule than all other classes. You meet four times a week in your class (10-13 kids) and once a week as an entire form for a lecture. The classes are 2 55 minutes, 1 65, and 1 85, plus the 55 min lecture. This is in contrast to the humanities electives and most other classes that meet 4 times a week for 55 minutes.

I think it’s a neat idea, but I personally would like to have English and History separated.

And I don’t know of any other schools that do that.
