<p>I plan to transfer to HSU next fall. I will have been at Palomar College (CC) for two years by the time I hope to transfer and will have completed 60 transferable units. I applied to HSU two days ago and am interested in the Journalism major with a concentration in media studies. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and roughly 35 units complete. I just dropped my first course and got my W. I have only received A’s and B’s in my classes but this semester is rough, lots of math and science, I may get my first C. My counselor told me not to worry and to plan to make the move to Humboldt to boost my confidence, but I just don’t know. I can’t help but feel nervous, I am the kind of person who is used to disappointment. What do you guys think of my chances?</p>
